André at 'de Wolkelder' spins his yarns while watching soccer games. He calls these skeins 'Wolkjeswol', or 'Little Clouds Wool'. He mixes fleeces from different breeds with merino and sometimes artificial fibres to get these colourful, high impact yarns. Ja, Wol asked him to make some for us in bright colours. If you want maximum effect and minimum effort, these skeins will knit up into shawls, cowls or cushions in no-time, leaving you with a one-of-a-kind show stopper.
No need to wash them, but if you do, use a wool detergent like Eucalan, soak, remove excess water by squeezing it into a towel and leave to dry flat on a second towel.
