I could tell you what I help people do. But I think it lands better coming from the people who've actually done it.
After every coaching series, I ask clients what changed — in mindset, clarity, habits, business. Below is exactly what they wrote back. Nothing is polished or dressed up. It's literally what they typed.
A planner that finally holds
Most of the planners my clients had tried before weren't built for how they actually think. This is what one client told me, after we built hers around what we call her "non-negotiables" — the handful of things that still get done even on a two-hour day, or your worst energy day:
"Saskia has helped me do the unimaginable — she helped me create a business planner that actually works for me and my neurodivergent brain!"
Permission to let go of what isn't working
A lot of what we work through isn't adding more — it's finding what's already there that doesn't need to be.
"My most valuable takeaway from our sessions has been that I can build my business however I want to. Even if I have built up different platforms, I can let them go if they don't serve me anymore."
Talking about money without the wobble
This one came up more than once. Pricing and money conversations can shake even people who are otherwise sure of themselves.
Seeing the bigger picture
Sometimes the work is zooming out — from a number, a decision, a worry — to see it at actual scale.

Turning a spiral into a next step
"Je liet me niet in een neerwaartse spiraal afdwalen maar leidde me steeds terug in constructieve positieve acties."
Getting honest with yourself
A business that fits your actual life
"I'm clearer on my own mission, my core values, I've discovered journaling in a whole new way, and I can create a business that fits with my life, and my creative process."
"I don't have to create a conventional business, I don't have to squeeze myself into a conventional box…. I can create my own way…"
If any of this sounds like where you are right now — too many ideas, not enough structure, a business built on someone else's blueprint instead of your own — that's exactly where we start.
