What is coaching?
Coaching is a conversation, but one with purpose.
It’s a collaborative, future-oriented process that helps you find your own way forward — with someone walking beside you who’s trained to ask the right questions, hold space, and gently challenge what’s keeping you stuck.
Coaching is not therapy, advice, or quick fixes.
It’s about curiosity, clarity, and conscious action — all in support of the life or work that feels most aligned with who you are.
Who I work with
I coach people who want to live and work more intentionally — creatives, caregivers, solopreneurs, quiet rebels, recovering perfectionists, late bloomers, and those figuring it out one step at a time.
Many of my clients are also neurodivergent, multi-passionate, or navigating work-life integration.
